Class R2 Approved

Class R2 Repair mortars are suitable for many decorative facades and non-structural areas. Class R2 is designed to meet the compressive strength required to prevent spalling. R2 also prevents damage caused by water ingress and incompatible products with different compressive strengths.

Fast setting, trowel applied, easy to handle reinstatement mortars are readily available for urgent on-site repairs. Vertical and overhead repairs are possible due to the lightweight properties of these concrete repair mortars. Some typical application examples are quick repairs to damaged and deteriorated concrete, corners of beams, pillars, buffer walls, cornices, and edges of balconies. Also, R2 mortars are ideal for smoothing over concrete mouldings on civic buildings, such as skirt roofs and protruding decorative elements.
